Hello,

My names Hayley the founder and owner of Hayley’s Comet. Cleaning is my Zen. Some people do yoga or get a massage to relax, but for me, it’s cleaning your house. Crazy right! 

When I was younger I remember my mom showing off my bedroom to guest at our house and brag about how neat and tidy I was. I would do all my own laundry and when it was done I couldn’t help but finish the entire pile my mom had in the laundry room, washed, dried and folded. 

Once I moved out on my own and experienced the roommate life. I understood that it wasn’t only my room I had to keep tidy anymore. Some roommates even caught on that I would do their dishes if they left them for not even 4 hours.. I’m pretty sure every roommate I ever had appreciated having me around. 

When I was in college studying hospitality management. Dreams of opening my own restaurant one day. I worked for my mom at her hair salon as her receptionist. One day I thought it was a great idea to create a daily cleaning schedule for all her staff, and let’s just say that didn’t last long haha 

Fast forward July 2019 I moved from Vancouver to beautiful Rossland BC and continued on in the hospitality industry not knowing 100 percent what it was I wanted to do. A friend offered a cleaning job to me November 2020 and that’s when it really started, working my full time job and cleaning clients houses on my off days.

People thought I was crazy, but as time went on the feedback I have received, the gratitude from my clients. I quit my full time job and Hayley’s Comet was created. Now September 2022 I’m finally my own boss doing something I enjoy and love!
