Arrival Time/Hours
Our hours of operation are from 730AM- 4PM Monday to Friday. Unless you are our first cleaning of the day, we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival time. Your scheduled cleaning times can vary within an hour window of our estimated arrival time. Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts, weather conditions or customers adding services. However, we will strive to meet your cleaning needs with respect to arrival times.
Evening and weekend cleans will be considered for larger or one time jobs.
Cancellation Policy
Things come up, and we understand. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel, skip or reschedule a cleaning, that you notify us 48 hours before your scheduled day. That will allow us to reassign our cleaners to another customer during that time. If we receive less than 48 hours notice you will be charged a $60 skip fee.
If for some reason you wish to terminate service indefinitely, or for a short period of time, we cannot guarantee your spot will still be available if you decide to return at a later date. If you wish to come back you will be added to our wait list, and reached out to when more spots open.
Pet Policy
We love animals, and we understand pets are members of your family. However, if your pet is afraid of vacuums, or in our way not allowing us to do our work, we may suggest that they be placed in areas that we are not working in (ie. garage, kennel, etc.).
We will not pick up pet droppings. This includes cleaning of litter boxes, dog kennels, and surrounding areas, if this is something requested or our cleaners can't efficiently work around, an additional fee of $25 will be charged to invoices.
Holidays & Vacations
It is very common for our clients to be away from thier homes for extended periods of time. Your scheduled cleans will remain the same unless notified in advance you will not need our services. We do encourage these times to be used for extra deep cleaning tasks we may not usually have time to get to. (fridge, oven, ect)
We appreciate knowing if you will be away for a period of time, as sometimes things change with the scheduling we can adjust your clean times that may work better for us during that time.
Please keep in mind services continue on holidays and school Pro-D days, Excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years. Please reach out ahead of time if you will be home, and either want to cancel or reschedule
You will always be notified if your cleaners will be away, we do our best to reschedule your cleans on different days, so they are not missed.
Preparing Your Homes
We ask you to have your house dishes and countertops clean as much as possible to keep things more efficient. We do not do bedding. Our cleaners will offer to put sheets in the wash if the beds are stripped and switch over to the dryer for you if this is something you would like at an additional charge. We also ask that there is no one in the house during your clean. We understand this is hard with newborns, kids, or being sick, if that's the case please stay in one room that we will not need to go in, as well letting us know ahead of time
Invoicing
Invoicing will be sent by email provided, and payments will be accepted by e-transfer. Cash is accepted for one time cleans, and once a month cleans.
Monthly invoicing must be paid by the last day of the month
Weekly & bi-weekly cleaning must be paid within 24 hours of receiving invoice
Damages
We take great care to ensure your home is treated with the utmost respect. If we happen to come across something during our cleaning process, such as a broken toy or scratched floor, we will always inform you right away. And in the unlikely event that something gets accidentally damaged, we will promptly contact you with a photo and discuss possible solutions, whether it's a replacement, a purchase of a new item, or a reduction in the cleaning fee.
